The same workshop standards we've used for thirty years building for other brands — now offered direct.
FRAME
Kiln-dried North American hardwood. Mortise-and-tenon joinery. 10-year structural warranty on every frame and spring.
SUSPENSION
Eight-way hand-tied springs on every upholstered piece. No webbing, no sinuous wire. The standard that lasts decades.
CUSHIONS
1.8–2.2 lb high-resilience foam wrapped in down blends. Density and fill ratios published on each product page.
UPHOLSTERY
Performance-grade fabrics tested 50,000+ double-rubs. Leather sourced from one Italian tannery we've used for 22 years.

Every piece tested in real homes.
Before any product ships, we prototype it in the same workshop we'll produce it in, then place it in a real home. We adjust seat depth, cushion firmness, arm height — until it earns its place. That's why we can offer a risk-free trial: we've already done it ourselves.
