Shipping & Delivery
Every Modnium order ships free in the continental US. We offer three delivery levels — choose what works for your home.
Doorstep Delivery (Free)
For smaller items under 50 lbs. Parcel carrier (UPS / FedEx) delivers to your door. Estimated 3-7 business days from our California or New Jersey warehouse.
Threshold Delivery (Free — default for furniture)
For furniture orders. A two-person team delivers your item inside the first dry area of your home (lobby, garage, foyer). Package remains sealed.
Estimated arrival: 7-14 business days after order. You'll receive a 4-hour delivery window 24 hours in advance.
White Glove Delivery ($159)
Recommended for sofas, beds, and large case goods. A two-person team:
- Delivers to your room of choice (any floor, any walk-up)
- Unboxes and inspects your item
- Completes light assembly (legs, hardware)
- Removes packaging and debris
White Glove is required for items over 400 lbs and for HOA buildings without elevators.

We deliver to the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military APO addresses: contact our team for custom quotes.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking links by email and SMS at every stage — from carrier pickup through final delivery confirmation.
What to do before your sofa arrives
- Measure your doorways, hallways, and stairs. Compare to the packaged dimensions on every Modnium product page — not just the product dimensions.
- Clear the route. Remove rugs, picture frames, and breakables from the path.
- Be home. White Glove deliveries require a signature.
