How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock items arrive in 7-14 business days via Threshold Delivery. White Glove deliveries are typically scheduled 10-21 days after order. You'll see the estimated arrival window before checkout.

Do you ship to Canada / Alaska / Hawaii?

Currently 48 contiguous US states. Canadian shipping launching late 2026. Alaska, Hawaii, and PR — contact us for custom quotes.

How much is shipping?

Free Doorstep and Threshold delivery on all orders. White Glove is $159 flat (and free on orders over $4,000).

Returns & Trial

What's the 100-night trial?

You have 100 nights to decide if a Modnium piece works in your home. Don't love it? Contact us within 100 days for a complimentary pickup. Refund minus $99 return shipping per item.

Can I return a made-to-order piece?

Custom-fabric or custom-dimension items aren't eligible for return. Standard-fabric items are eligible.

Where are Modnium products made?

Our workshops are in Vietnam, with a 30-year history of making furniture for major American retailers. Same craftspeople, same construction — sold directly.

What's the difference between fabric tiers?

Performance Linen: durable, breathable, water-repellent. Best for kids/pets. Performance Bouclé: textured, modern, slightly less abrasion-resistant. Top-Grain Leather: ages beautifully, highest price tier, 25-year typical lifespan.

Can I order fabric samples?

Yes. $5 per swatch, credited to your account when you purchase. Ships within 2 business days.

Warranty & Care

What does the 10-year warranty cover?

Frame, springs, and joinery under residential use. See our full warranty page.

How do I care for my furniture?

Vacuum upholstery weekly. Spot-clean with mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fabric fade. Each product page has specific care instructions in the Care section.

Do you offer trade pricing for designers?

Do you do hospitality / contract orders?

Do you offer financing?

Yes — Affirm, Klarna, and Shop Pay Installments. Split any order over $50 into 4 interest-free payments. Longer financing terms available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We never store credit card details — payments are processed through Shopify Payments, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
